José Malfacini was a soldier and Special Operator in the Brazilian Army
(Brazilian Paratrooper Pathfinder), certified in risk management, specialized in protecting VIPs, in addition to having a postgraduate degree in Business Management, he combines high-level operational and strategic skills with a solid background in risk management and mitigation.
Professional with exceptional civil and military training, his experience includes training in the tactical use of rifles and pistols, combat emergency care (TECC) in advanced first aid level 3 by Qual Safe, anti-terrorism by ACT, Close Protection course by Phoenix at England and a wide range of operational and martial arts courses, including specialization in unarmed and non-conventional weapons combat, explosives, helicopter operations, mountaineering, diving and parachuting. In addition, he was an instructor at the Pathfinders Parachute Company, where he taught combat and personal protection courses, training highly qualified operators.
RODRIGO DOMINGUES
SECURITY MANAGER
Rodrigo Domingues Cobra is a member of the military elite of paratrooper Special Operators. (Brazilian Paratrooper Pathfinder) with an illustrious military career and experience of more than two decades in special operations, he combines elite operational skills with a solid background in leadership and management, ensuring safety and efficiency in every mission he conducts.
As an instructor and operator, he has expertise in advanced weapons and shooting, authority security operations, private military special operations, search and rescue operations in underwater and high mountain environments. Specialist in complex infiltrations of special operations involving parachuting, mountaineering, diving, airmobile and aeroland operations. Expert in unarmed combat, Krav Maga, jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. He is also an expert operator and manager in the protection of VIPs and the security of authorities, celebrities, large businesspeople and their families.
His vast experience and qualifications make him an exceptional leader, being the Head of Operations at Archangels Group and CEO at BLACK FORCE STRATEGY since 1996, leading the largest operational training center in Brazil specialized in improving military personnel and training new elite operators.
HENRIQUE DIAS
CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER - CSO
After 30 years of active service in the Marine Corps, Henrique Dias built a distinguished and respected military career. He served as an instructor and operator in Confined Environment Combat (CQB/CQC), with extensive international training on AR and AK rifle platforms, pistols, submachine guns and shotguns. Specializing in protecting VIPs, including diplomats, celebrities and high-profile individuals, Henrique has developed comprehensive skills in risk management, counter-terrorism strategies, sniper operations, shooting from aerial platforms, low-light combat, hostage rescue , diving and deactivation of explosives
In addition, Henrique has certifications in advanced first aid and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), as well as defensive and offensive driving techniques acquired in the United States and Israel. His experience includes participation in multiple missions in South America, Central America, Africa and the Middle East, which has further enhanced his readiness and ability to operate in diverse and demanding operational environments around the world.
PABLO CANEDO
SECURITY MANAGER
Pablo Canedo has a solid and diversified background in the security area, standing out for his work in the Special Police Operations Battalion (BOPE). With extensive experience in public security, he currently works as Security Agent for the Secretary of the Civil House in Rio de Janeiro. In addition, Pablo completed renowned courses, such as the Tactical Actions Course and the Teaching Techniques Course by the Brazilian Navy, improving his skills in operations and tactical instruction.
His career also includes the Authority Protection and Security Course by the Rio de Janeiro Institutional Security Office (GSI) and the Defensive and Offensive Driving Course, which qualified him to act in high-risk situations and protect authorities. Pablo is a specialist in data collection, knowledge production and dissemination of relevant information to protect assets, people and properties. Its intelligence activities aim to identify potential threats, such as criminal activities or adverse events, allowing the implementation of preventive measures assiduously.
Furthermore, he is an Instructor and Creator of the subject EXTRACTION OF VIPS IN A CONFLAGRATED ENVIRONMENT in the CPA (Authority Protection Course) of the Casa Militar (Institutional Security Office - GSI). Currently, Pablo is Operations Security Manager at Archangels Group, where he applies his vast experience and acquired knowledge to ensure the safety and protection of his clients in various operational scenarios.

João Paulo Ururahy Padua Franco is one of the most qualified and reliable professionals in the field of public and private security, recognized for his ability to lead and execute complex operations with precision and efficiency. With a solid academic background, including a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Criminal Sciences, João Paulo combines theory and practice in an exceptional manner. His specializations include leadership in education from Harvard University and investigation of complex crimes from the Buenos Aires Police. In addition, he has advanced training in intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism, which enhances his ability to handle high-complexity threats. He is certified as an armorer by the Brazilian Navy and is also a pilot of maritime vessels and drones, currently undergoing training to become a pilot of manned aircraft.
João Paulo is also a highly respected instructor in the field of security and tactical operations. As the founder and leader of Ururahy Tactical, he shares his vast knowledge and experience with new elite operators, training professionals who are highly capable of performing in high-risk operations. His expertise is complemented by a series of elite operational qualifications, including courses in vehicle combat, covert use of firearms, and aquatic operations, obtained at renowned institutions such as the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police, BOPE, and the CTT-CBC Tactical Training Center. João Paulo is also a precision shooter (sniper) with refined skills in high-pressure environments, excelling in operational rappelling techniques and amphibious military operations, acquired through training with the Brazilian Navy and Black Force Strategy. REBECCA
EUROPEAN OPERATIONS
Rebecca Botfield is a highly qualified professional with a distinguished career in the British Army, specializing in dog handling and protection operations. With a strong academic background, including qualifications in Public Services, Canine Behaviour, and Professional Competence in IT and Telecommunications, Rebecca combines technical and operational skills. Previously Qualified as a protective handler and vehicle search handler. Rebecca has qualifications in advanced first aid level 3 from Qual Safe, anti-terrorism from ACT, Close Protection obtained with merit from Phoenix in England, complements her security and protection capabilities. Since April 2021, Rebecca has served as a Dog Handler in the military, where she has led canine teams on advanced training demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment.
Before specializing in dog handling, Rebecca served in the Royal Artillery, where she qualified as a Command Post Signalman and L118 Light Gun operator, mentoring colleagues in high pressure environments. Throughout her time here she also deployed on a United Nations peacekeeping operation. Her track record exemplifies an unwavering commitment to excellence and the ability to perform critical functions in challenging environments.
ANTHONY CASTRO

Anthony Castro is a highly skilled operator with an illustrious military career. He served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, 3rd Amphibious Assault Battalion at Camp Pendleton, California, from August 2009 to August 2012.
Anthony holds a number of relevant certifications, including Personal Protection Training Program (SIA Level 3), Basic Life Support and AED (Level 2), Pediatric First Aid and Catastrophic Bleeding Management (Level 3), Evasive Driving Certification and Defensive, Firearms Proficiency Certification and Counterterrorism Awareness. During his military career, he specialized in amphibious assault, leadership, advanced hand-to-hand combat, and weapons training, earning a brown belt in Marine Corps Martial Arts, a meritorious promotion, and multiple physical fitness awards.
Following his military career, Anthony devoted himself to hand-to-hand combat training and completed comprehensive private security courses, which equipped him with critical skills in threat assessment, operational planning, tactical conduct, and personal protection techniques. His diverse background in martial arts, military service, physical training and specialized security training gives him a unique skill set as a personal protection operator of the highest standards.
